What is your return policy?
Due to Sanitary/Health concerns and regulations, there are no returns on any of our products. According to the Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and federal law. Due to the special nature of the products we sell, returns are not accepted if the hair has been tampered with, uncoiled (unbundled), worn or washed. We take pride in providing the finest luxury hair and exceptional customer service, so we are happy to handle situations on a case by case basis. We know that there is a risk in any purchase that you make, but we try our best to eliminate most of that risk by having an upfront customer fulfillment process. If you have an issue, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you and resolve your problem.
Are your wigs made of 100% human hair?
YES. All of our lace wigs are made of 100% human hair and you can treat it as your own hair.
If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
If your order is in stock, normally we need 3-4 business days to process your order and it will take another 2-3 business days to reach you by USPS , FedEx and UPS .
Will the hairline of the lace wig have a natural look?
Yes, when you wear the lace wigs correctly, the hairline will have a natural look, just similar as your own hair growing from your scalp.
What does Density refer to?
The density refers to how thick the hair is and what density you order is really based on personal choice. Most women achieve a natural appearance with light to medium or medium density; however, your choice will depend on your styling preferences and individual profile.
Shipping Policy
How We Do It
Please note that fulfillment time for our hair extensions and lace closures/frontals are approximately 7-12 business days as our products are custom made and prepared after your order is placed. Processing time for custom units is 15-20 business days. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame below that is selected at checkout.
If you are ordering any product from our cosmetic line, please allow 3-7 business days after placing your order.
